This Privacy Policy explains how Menu Nova ("we", "our", "us") handles information when you use our services. Menu Nova is a digital-menu SaaS for restaurants and cafés providing QR menus, menu management, pricing management, and WhatsApp redirection.

Menu Nova currently does not receive, process, or store customers' WhatsApp conversations.
When customers use WhatsApp from a Menu Nova QR / menu, they communicate directly with the restaurant.
Menu Nova currently does not process the food order, prepare food, deliver food, or handle food-order refunds. The restaurant is responsible for its customers, food, prices, availability, delivery, and any food-order related issues.
Menu Nova may use standard third-party services required to operate the platform, such as cloud hosting, storage, and messaging redirection (for example, opening WhatsApp when a customer taps an order button).
Menu Nova currently does not integrate with a payment gateway. If we introduce a payment gateway or new third-party integration in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
Menu Nova may use essential cookies and basic analytics to keep the service secure, remember admin sessions, and understand how the service is used at an aggregate level. Any analytics used is applied only where applicable to improve reliability and user experience.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold, including secure storage, access controls, and encrypted transmission where practical. No system on the internet, however, can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.

Menu Nova is intended for restaurants, cafés, and their business owners. It is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
